W.A.P.A.
W.A.P.A. will always strive to provide exciting and challenging vocational performing arts training of the highest standard.
We believe that through the specialised lessons and performance opportunities we offer our students we can nurture and develop their talents and confidence, whether they view the performing arts as a hobby and/or a possible future career path.
Current and former students of W.A.P.A. have:
- Won drama scholarships to public schools
- Gained places at theatre school / college (Arts Ed, Mountview Conservatoire, S.L.P. Leeds)
- Gained places on dance courses ( Northern Ballet School , Northern School of Contemporary Dance, Scottish School of Contemporary dance)
- Gained places on music courses ( Leeds College of Music)
- Taken university degrees in performing arts (De Montford, Middlesex)
- Become performing arts teachers and instructors
- Taken West End lead and chorus roles
